based on my diet plan from the Dietician may snacks pa nga in between po. Second pregnancy ko po now and mejo overweight ako now. tumaas sugar ko. kaya need ng blood sugar monitoring for one week.
Pwede naman po Ma. What I also do is I write what I eat kahit tikim lang. Para if the results are up or low then I can see what to do next. Kung iiwasan ba o okay lang. I hope that helps
