Inom po kayo ng yakult every day. Then sa gabi mag luya po kayo. At least 3L of water po. Hope this helps.
try po Virgin Coconut oil. it will soften your stools. yan ang ni recommend nang ob ko. effective po sya.

Yakult everyday, oats at kain ka ng mga fruits and veg. O di nman kaya prune juice ☺️
