Kain ka mga food na may shells like tulya or tahong. Sabawan mo with malunggay. Hot compress and massage mo din breast mo.. Ginawa ko yan lahat 1 week after lumabas ni baby madami na agad ako milk. 🙂

Unlilatch po super effective-law of supply and demand. Massage mo din siya papunta sa nipple every once in a while. Mapapansin mo lalakas na yungll letdown mo sa kabila.
