Bedrest

Hi, mga mommies! Any advise po? I was asked by my OB to have complete bedrest po for a month. Bumubuka na po kasi ung cervix ko. Kakalabas ko lang po sa hospital. I was confined for 3days. Though wala naman akong spotting. Still I was asked to have complete bedrest. Pahinga na din muna ako sa work for 1 month. Thanks in advance po!

Mommy Trisha. I got all these requirements naman. Sana enough na to sa HR namin to file the Sickness Benefit. Medyo challenging lang din kasi ung HR namin is assuming na MatLeave na ung ipafile ko. 1. Sickness Form - bukas na bukas ipapafillup ko kay Doc. 2. Medical Cert. - got it. Super helpful ni OB ko. Thank God. 3. Discharge Summary - I have a copy din po. 4. UMID - got it 5. Original copy of Ultrasound - need po ba talaga na original? Thank you.
