Vitamins for baby?

Hello mga mommies. 4 months old na po c LO ko at formula feed po. Need po ba mg vitamins c baby? #advicepls

Formula feed din baby ko momsh simula 1 month at niresetahan sya ng Pedia nya ng ceelin at tiki2 drops. Alternate nyo lang po yong dalawa. Tapos pinapa inom na din baby ko ng tubig pero yong Distilled water
