papaya saka oatmeal.. sobrang constipated ako nung preggy ako, nadala pa ko sa ospital para lang makapoop 😂

sakin yakult sis, also yung pineapple juice na rich in fiber, so far di naman ako naging constipated.

ako po nag take ako yogurt 2x a day pwede din kahit 1x a day. nawawala pagiging costipated ko.

sakin sis fried egg then ssbyan ko ng warm milk afterwards labas lahat ng kinain ko 😊

try nyu po banana.. yan din po kinain ko tapos maramibg tubig after mong komain

Sa akin effective ang yogurt, or talbos. Everynight ko sya kinakain.

prune juice, bananas and oatmeal. Leafy vegetables po, helpful!

more fiber intake lang po at green leafy vegetables

foods that are rich in fiber, moooooore water

try mo po inom ng sterilized milk sa umaga.
