1year old baby with fever and rashes ...

Hi mga momies ...ask lang po anong ibig sabihin that my 1yr.old & 5months old baby is my fever then aftr dat is my mga pula2 na sa lilod nia po, pati sa leeg nia ..medyo ma init parin ang ulo nia ..anong ibig sabihin nian ..pls help me mga momshies .thank u and God bless!
