As per my OB the more you move around the faster you will heal. Pero hindi yung masyadong strenuous movements and tasks. Gave birth Dec 10 po and dry up and natunaw na yung mga tahi sa ibabaw ng cs scar ko. But it doesn’t mean na healed na siya sa loob. Just move around but do not carry more than your baby’s weight and wag masyadong i strain ang sarili. You will know kasi katawan mo yan. All the best Mommy 🤱🏻
