Hello mga mii , i just wanna ask if ok lang ba mag take ng malunggay caps. Im 8months pregnant wala pa kase akong gatas 🥲 unlike sa mga kasabayan kong mommas . 6months palang sila may lumalabas na . Gusto ko talaga mag bf ayoko i formula ang baby ko kung sakali 🙃 TIA
dont be pressured po as not all moms leak breastmilk before birth. some moms start to have milk within the first hour after birth. baby only needs around 50ml milk on first day of life. wishing well, soon-to-be mom!
