Hi mga mii, EBF na kami ni baby, may natira pa syang 3 unopened packs ng enfamil 0-6. Hindi ko naman maipamigay dahiL June 2023 na ang expiration at hesitant na ko, mahirap kasi pag milk. Pwede kaya ako na lang uminom? Thanks in advance.
yes po, pwede. if it is ok for baby, it is ok for adults, as long as there are no sensitivities or allergies sa formula milk.
however, it was noted that it has high fat content needed for baby's development. so it could be taken in moderation.
