Hi, Mommy! Stress contributes a lot to our pregnancy. Your baby can feel whatever emotions you are carrying and it affects him/her. I had a preterm labor at 20weeks on my first pregnancy. The night before it happened, I got super mad and stressed out about it, it didn’t go well, I lost my baby. I’m not saying this to scare you but for you to be aware. Try to be relaxed as much as possible. Read a book to distract yourself, watch some funny movies, vent out to a friend if you need and then breathe. You can also research/watch some videos on how to manage stress during pregnancy, breathing exercises for stress relief, etc. But most importantly, surrender it to God. Pray harder, He listens. You got this, Mommy! You are stronger than what you think. You have to be coz your baby relies on you. Angelicas don’t quit! 🤗
preterm labor po pwede maging cause ng too much stress po while pregnant..
