I'm on Obimin plus & Calciumade tabs po. I used to take Natalac pero sabe naman ng pedia no need na daw po, kaya nag malunggay tea na lang po ako (ung tea bags).
my OB prescribed Conzace and hemarate after discharge. hemarate dahil CS ako and lochia after giving birth. im also taking malunggay supplement to boost breastmilk.
Pwede niyo padin po i-take yung mga vitamins niyo nung preggy kayo like Iron and Calcium.
