If you are on your 1st tri (or even 2nd tri), talagang sensitive pa ang panlasa mo momsh. It's ok na hindi consistent and pag inum mo as long as u try your best to still take it if you can. I can't recommend any other brand kasi halos lahat di maganda ang lasa 😅 but once u feel better na sa sensitivity ng panlasa mo, u have to start drinking ur vitamins religiously na para makabawi. Don't be too hard on ur self. 💜
