hi mi.. ang panganay ko n 4 and half yrs old n ngaun, hnd mapili sa fuds.. hnd rn xa sakitin and mjo chubby.. nung 6 mos n xa, ngstart n ako puree sknya..wlang avocado dat tym kya squash ang unang fud nya..evry 2-3 days, iniiba ko ung fuds nya. ex. 2 days n squash, den 2 days n potatoes etc etc.puree lng.. den nung 8 months, hinaluan ko ng rice. ex. ung boiled squash and luto n rice blineblnd ko 2gther, un ang pinapakain ko..ganun ult..evry 2 days. no salt etc. pra msanay ung taste buds nya and maging familiar xa sa lasa. nung 10 months, halo halo n. ex. sayote, young corn, carrots and rice blineblemd ko, prang chopsuey. pro variety po dpt. nagbigay dn ako ng green leafy veggies.. meron p ung tyms n bnigyan ko ng okra,kangkong at rice. sinigang version.hehe.pro no seasonins etc. den nung 1 yr old n xa, kumain n xa ng rice.ang pnaka 1st ulam nya n buo na hnd ko blinend or puree is adobong sitaw..hehe. pro minake sure ko n maliliit hiwa ng sitaw pra hnd machoke.. pro nagmimilk p dn po xa dat tym..

Baby eat whatever you feed them po.. So if you want to train your baby to eat veges, veges po ipapakain niyo, xlmix with breastmilk or formula if formula di baby. Introduce variety of food po every 2 or 3 days.
