Hard stool with little blood.

Hello mga mi, my baby is 7 months old and when she started eating solids sometimes super hard talaga ng poop niya one of the reasons is ayaw talaga niya ng water kaya konti lang naiinom niya. I already adjusted the scoops sa milk niya and now hard nanaman yung stool niya ang worse may blood konti mga mi. This happens twice or thrice na mga mi na may blood konti everytime her stool is hard but not consecutive naman. I am so worried mga mi kaya i did my research and sabi dun normal daw na may small anal fissures ang mga baby kaya may blood konti kapag matigas yung stool and no other symptoms naman ako nakikita masigla naman si lo. What do u think ba mga mi? Is it normal pa ba? Do i need to bring her to a doctor naba? Or am I overreacting?
