Sa 34 weeks na pagbubuntis, maaari ka pa rin maglakad-lakad, pero siguraduhing hindi ito masyadong matindi at hindi nagdudulot ng discomfort o panganib sa iyo at sa iyong sanggol. Maari mo ring subukan ang prenatal yoga o stretching exercises para mapanatili ang flexibility at kaginhawaan ng iyong katawan. Para sa normal delivery, magandang gawin ang mga exercise na makakatulong sa pagbukas ng balakang at paghahanda sa panganganak tulad ng squats, pelvic tilts, at kegel exercises. Based on my experience, apart from taking long walks in my neighbourhood or the mall. I find that having intercourse with a partner is very effective and helps to reduce labour hours.

As early as now. Walk for as long as you can. When I was in my third trimester, I was able to walk along Binondo, China Town, and Quiapo (of course, there is in between breaks) because I was preparing for my hospital bag essential.
