you can use the kick counter here in this app. i used it while pregnant. pwede mong basahin. use kick counter after eating. i do it after eating lunch and after dinner. atleast 10 fetal movements per hour.

sabi saken ni OB ko last tuesday sa follow up check up ko every 2 hrs daw dapat nakakabuo si baby ng 10 kicks every 2 hrs.

atleast 10 kicks/movements for every 2hours po. Pag gusto ko siya mag kick kumakain ako ng matamis.
