hello mga mamshiess hanggang ilang months nagtetake ng folic acid? ung ob ko kasi 30 lang pinabili skin nung 6 weeks preggy palang ako im on my 10weeks na

Yung sa OB ko naman po nung unang ultrasound at check up namin(6w4d), Folic Acid for 5 months po once a day tuloy tuloy then saka lang daw niya is-switch ng Multivitamins after 5 months ng Folic Acid. Pero kung ano pong recommended ng OB niyo, yun po ang sundin niyo. 😊
