Samgyeopsal Fresh Lettuce pwede ba sa Buntis?

Hello mga mamsh, sino po dto ang nag sasamyeopsal, keri lang ba kumain ng Fresh Lettuce? wala naman po ba effect kay baby? Salamat mamsh.. 31 weeks preggy here

Yes pwede naman po as long as nahugasan po ng mabuti yung lettuce 🙂
