Yes po sis. Need mo po pumunta sa philhealth for change status lalo n if voluntary ka na. Base from my experience, my pinapirmhan po kc akong form sa employer ko nung nagvail ako philhealth after ko manganak sa accredited hospital. Ichecheck po kc yung MDR mo nyan.
