Naku mommy healthy food nalang kainin mo, baka tumaas ang blood pressure mo pag nag unli seafood ka ikaw din mahihirapan pati si baby mo. 1month nalang naman makakaraos kana 😊

Just eat moderately and no raw foods po. 8mos is crucial po.
