hello mga mamsh.. ask ko lng po ilang month po nag inyroduce kayo ng food ng baby inyo at ano unang food?

6 months. I gave her lugaw na bineblender ko. I gave it a week before I introduce her to another kind of solid food so just in case she'll develop some sort of allergy it will be easier to trace. Also, just a tip, if you planned on introducing lugaw, you can prepare ahead of time and have it placed in the fridge. Once you serve it to your little one, you heat it and add a bit of your breastmilk once cooled. 😊
