Hi mga Mamsh, ano po ginawa nyo para makap**ps without drinking any laxative po, currently 34 weeks ang hirap ksi ilang days na hindi pa rin nkapagbawas, FTM, Thanks.

Yakult, yogurt and warm milk mommy. Less rice and meat, eat more fiber foods like oatmeal, fruits and more water intake.
