Mga ka momshoes , pwede ba mag derecho ng MAT2 after manganak or di nila e-process MAT2 hanggat wala kang MAT1?

you can now apply via sss online/portal. easy lang momsh, lalagay mo lang don edd mo then after that you will receive the maternity notification submission confirmation(mat1). Wait mo na lang until manganak ka for the next step. uupload mo lang yung Certified true copy ng birth cert ni baby (mat2).
