Eat light foods mommy kahit mayat maya tpos sa gabi pag ngcng ka mag crackers ka lang and pag matutulog ka sideways lagi mostly left side.. Mag exercise ka din mommy pero syempre be careful lang sa mga movements mo while nag eexercise ka search mo ano safe movements for exercising kpag pregnant.. Mkktulong un sayo.. And mostly.. Drink lots of water lalo na sa morning pag gcng mo mag water ka ng madami.. 😊
