Menstruation after giving birth

Usually, kapag normal delivery o kahit CS, around 6-8 weeks yang bleeding na yan. The heaviest would be the first 1-2 days na parang strong menstrual cycle then eventually hihina na yan. the last 4 weeks yung panty liner nalang ang gagamitin. yung tunay na period, darating depende kung exclusive ang breastfeeding o hindi.
