grey stool or poop

meron po ba sa inyo naka experience ng grey stool while pregnant currently at 17 weeks i noticed it since last week, paunti unti grey un stool, but today almost my whole stool is grey i am taking these vitamins currently: not sure if this might be the reason : Vit D3, Vit C, Calcium and obimin+
