wala naman po talaga as per my OB din at sa experience ko rin siguro πŸ˜…. sa 1st baby ko kasi lakad malala ako, pero 1cm lang ibinuka, at nainduced labor ako- super sakit ng induced labor as in. sa 2nd baby ko, puro higa, tulog lang ako, nagnatural labor ako at nanganak 2days before edd talaga at di ganun kasakit ang labor. so for me, totoo yung may gawin ka o wala, kung ready na si baby at ang katawan mo, lalabas at lalabas yan, kusa kang maglalabor. yung walking, squatting kasi as per my OB, nakakahelp for your core strength. dasal kay Lord at usap lang kay baby.

squatting po mii ang effective at pelvic exercise...
