So far ang iniwasan ko lang is coffee and tea :( pero ang sabi may certain amount lang ng caffeine intake ang pwede. Umiwas ako sa spicy foods kasi nagiging uncomfortable ako after hehe

Umiwas din ako sa ihaw at sushi. Nakakasama raw kasi yung charcoal sa dugo ng baby. At syempre raw fish possible carrier ng bacteria o kung anuman

Bawal anything raw like sashimi, oysters, smoked salmon, and deli products. Bawal din soft cheeses.

Minimize lang po maaalat at matatamis na foods. Same with coffee, tea and softdrinks.

Meron po dito sa app mommy na mga pwede or di pwedeng foods or stuffs for pregnant
