My menstruation has bee rather erratic these few months. Any health supplement that can regulate the cycle? Or TCM?

I don't know too much about TCM or health supplements but I used to have erratic cycles as well but after I started yoga and regular exercises, the problem went away. I read online that alot of women with the same problem saw massive improvement after trying yoga.
