My kuya used to eat balut when he was 2-3 years old. He loved balut a lot kahit ung may chick na talaga. I don't know bakit sya binibigyan ng dad namin that time. Mahilig din kasi sya so whenever he buys balut, he would give my older brother and madalas nilang gawin un.

Meron naman pero mostly ung sabaw lang binibigay sa toddler and not the whole balut. I haven't tried it with my kids though. Parang mahirap din sya idigest para sa mga smaller children.
