Post natal

My masseuse informed me that she wont be able to massage me once i give birth as it is considered as non essential services. Anyone facing the same issue? I understand that it is for our own good though.

Hugs, dear. It’s not easy being pregnant and delivering while a pandemic’s going on, but I hope you’ll keep yourself and your family safe during this time ❤️ Ask your husband to massage you and help you out if possible so you can get some rest.

Yes, it is the case now sadly. I will take it as money saved and survive with binder. Most of the water retention and bulging uterus went away in about 1+ week for myself.

Yes! My masseur can't come! Not that she's unwilling. But I'm doing confinement at my mom's place and they're uncomfortable with the idea. 😣

I did my massage only after my baby turned 3m and still able to benefit from it. So bear a while, dont put urself and LO to unnecessary risk
