masakit po ba talaga mag hand express ng milk? first time ko po mag hand express kanina may sakit po akong nararamdaman eh. normal po ba yun?

It shouldnt hurt mommy. May videos sa youtube ng proper hand expression. May proper positioning ng fingers sa pagpisil para maayos at makuha ng tama ang pag express :) you'll get better with practice din :) plus, mas nauubos ang laman compare sa pump :)
