First time mom.?

Hello mamsh. Tanong kolang ilang weeks napo akong pregnant. first baby po eh, diko pa knows if how to count the week na preggy ako. Btw September 1 to 4days ako nagkameron then 1 week after may nangyare samin ng bf ko. so yun, di nako nagkameron by october until now. Please answer thankyouu!????
