Menstruation after cs

Hi mamsh i was cs sept, nagkaron ako dec31, then jan 2nd week and april19 till now dipa di ulit. Nagppt aq every month lahat naman negative if ever magdo kami we use condom. Is it normal? May pcos na kaya ako? Breastfeeding mom till now
