Kain po kau un mga nilaga lang or steam. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Ok lang po un 3 meals in a day basta limit lang 1 cup per meal tapos in between pwde nmn po magsnacks like crackers/biscuits bsta may interval na 4hours yan po kasi ang diet na binigay skn ng dietician ko. Drink plenty of water din po.

share ko lang sis. .diabetic rin ako..im on my 7month, diet lang, di ako ngiinsulin. redrice. no sweets, peras at avocado lang for fruits. 2liters ng lemon water everyday. iwas rin ako saprito. or khit anung mamantika, no to processed foods, delata, hotdogs gnyan.

Mag oatmeal nlang po kayo instead of rice, palitan niyo ung sa gabi kung 3x a day ang rice niy.. meryenda po pwede ung mga nuts, more on gulay paro wag raw tska egg pero wag din raw or halfcooked, fruits po na hindi msyado matatamis gaya ng honeydew
