Hello mamsh!! Anyone na gamit ang calendar method as contraception? gaano na katagal saka penge naman ng tips para maging effective?

It isn't the best method. Effective sa amin, regular ang menstruation ko, but I won't recommend. Hindi ka din sure dyan kasi. Pag walang contraceptive na ginamit, there will always be a chance that you will get pregnant.
