Hi mama I’m getting upper tummy cramps is it normal? I’m currently in my third trimester like it’s this squeezing pain cramp

It's normal. Just watch out for continuous cramping cuz it might be a sign of labor. I suggest you download an app that will help you monitor these contractions so you'll know when to call your hospital/gynae and ask for advice.
