When my kid had a fever po mama, head felt warm, but yung little feet niya were cool. The pediatrician explained that during a fever, the body focuses on keeping vital organs warm, which can make the extremities feel cooler. Just keep an eye out for any other signs of discomfort. If still eating and playing a bit, that’s usually a good sign daw po. :)
When my baby had a fever for the first time, medyo panic ako mommy. Our doctor reassured me that this can happen. I found that giving her a lukewarm bath and dressing her lightly really helped with the heat. If you ever feel unsure, it’s always a good idea to reach out to your doctor po mommy. :)
I went through something similar with my baby rinpo mommy when he was around six months old. His head felt warm, but his little feet were cool. I learned that this is pretty common with babies. I kept a close eye on him, and since he was still responsive, I didn’t stress too much. Just remember to keep him hydrated po. :)
