Question

Mag start napo kase akong work sana as a bpo call center agent its a work from home but grave yard shift 12mn to 8am. Makakasama po ba kay baby if mag patuloy ako? kase binigyan po ako ng doctor ko ng pampakapit kas may hemorrhage daw po. So until now nagiintake po ako ng pampakapit.  1st trimester palang po ako. Actually ke buntis ir not msama ang pagpupuyat pero need mo ng healthy lifestyle dhl prone sa sakit ang mga call center agent. Ako nung buntis morning shift since nirequest ko tlaga yun. Pero kasi kramihan ng buntis gising din sa gabi eh. Ask your ob if safe ba sainyo ang pagpupuyat
