29weeks pregnant here! sa morning bread lang,sa afternoon 1cup of rice and ulam,sa evening kahit fruits lang,or kung magrice man half rice lang,minsa sa merienda lang nadodoble kasi daming bigay na foods pagbuntis nakakahiya di kaininπ
Ako po is 2 Breakfast (6-with Anmum and 8am) then Lunch then 2 Meryenda (3 and 5pm) tapos Dinner with Anmum :) No midnight snack since di po tinatamaan ng gutom dun. Hahaha.
6 meals bale 3 meals and 3 snacks. Small frequent meals as adviced by my endo to avoid sugar level shoot up.
Bfast kada mgigising ako ng madaling araw bet 5-6am, tunay na bfast haha from 9-10am, lunch, merienda, dinner and light snacks bago mtulog hahahaha
sa ngaun 1beses nlng malapit na kasi lumabas si bby eh , tyaka more on excercise sa hapon , takot ako ma cs eh hehehehe ππ
3meals ..tag dalawang servings ng rice kada kainππ
Depende sa gutomπ. Yung heavy meals 2-3,yung snacks TMTCπ€£

Every 2 hrs kumakaen ako π€£ pero snacks lang yung in between! π
6 meals π sbe ng OB hati hatiin ko daw yung kain ko para d bloated sa pakiramdam
