Losing weight after giving birth Yes, I might have gained some extra pounds after my first pregnancy. In the past, if I wanted to lose wieght I just cut out my calories, exercise and that's it. But now since I am breast feeding I need to ensure na tama at masustansya ang mga kinakain kong pagkain.
