Hello Christine! Be strong and of good courage.. you and your baby will be alright. Just keep on thinking happy thoughts. Read, watch, listen to songs na makakapagbigay sau ng happy thoughts. Don’t stress yourself. Pag happy ka, it flows sa baby mo. I also had a sad story, though hndi miscarriage but stillbirth sa first baby namin. I am now pregnant with my second baby, waiting na lang sa schedule ng cs. I know how it feels to worry. Hold on. Stay strong. Malaki din ang effect ng mindset. I pray na maovercome mo ang fear and worry, and that you’ll have enough strength to fight for your baby. :)

Hello Christine. Don’t lose hope. Eat healthy food. Avoid caffeinated drinks and chocolate. Drink your prenatal vitamins and prescribed medicines po. Wag po kayo masyado magbubuhat, at magyuyuko. Stay safe po.
