Low fetal heart rate

Looking for tips and advices. I am 6 weeks pregnant but the bad news is, mababa ang fetal heart rate ni baby. May risk of miscarriage po :(. Wait daw ako 2 weeks para i-reevaulate ang cardiac activity. Ano po kaya magandang gawin mga sis like Do's and dont's? Salamat po! If meron po may ma-share jan success story na mababa ang fetal heart rate pero tumaas naman, will be highly appreciated 💗 Need some encouragement. #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

Hello Christine. Don’t lose hope. Eat healthy food. Avoid caffeinated drinks and chocolate. Drink your prenatal vitamins and prescribed medicines po. Wag po kayo masyado magbubuhat, at magyuyuko. Stay safe po.
