Herbal shower during confinement

Looking at the different herbal bath packages that I saw online, many of them need to the boiled herbal water to be put in bathtubs, how do u manage that if u don't have any bathtub at home???

My CL told me she would put them in a bag and tie them on my toilet’s shower head, so I can stand to shower normally. The water would pass through the the shower head > thru the bag of herbs > then reach me😂
