Rejecting milk, water and even medicine

My LO is rejecting everything at 7 months and even having diarrhea. Went to doc, no ulcer or any blockage in throat. Wondering why is this happineg? Doc said to change to lactose free but even soynilk or lactose free; LO is still rejecting. Why is thi so? Anyone knows?
