No fever after vaccination

My LO never had a fever after vaccinations. Does this mean that he has a strong immune system, or does it mean that his immune system is not responsive to the vaccinations?

not everyone will have fever, same goes to adult my boy didn't have fever for all vaccination and no sick for past one year when he stay home with me but when he start Childcare last week, he has flu 😢
