Feeding LO

LO is 5+math . He currently rejecting formula as he was BF. Sadly back to work and supply is dropping. His dr has recommend to start solids soon . What should I take into consideration when i start solids ?

most importantly if he’s showing signs that he is ready for solids. start with fruits, veggies and rice cereal
