Should i be concerned with these rashes?

My LO is 4 months old. Just wondering what are these rashes? I put her to cotton clothes and she sleeps with fan on. Sometimes i on two fans cos sg weather is crazy hot sometimes. Cos i tot this might be due to the weather. But maybe not. Any remedies for this? Should i bring her to see doc or is this common among babies? Help.

Try to wipe immediately after your LO drools. When bathing, try to use the cloth to wipe clean. I do agree the weather is super hot nowadays. Mine also have same issue 😭

Yes. The baby hanky always nearby. I even bath my LO with the leftover BM as i read somewhere it’s good for the skin. I hope it works. I also let my LO to sleep only with diapers on during daytime eventho my mom said no cos afraid the ‘wind’ will enter her body. I just hope the rashes will go away.

this may be caused by friction in between the folds of the neck. can put some moisturizer 🧴

I did actually. Everytime after bath. Even on the face. But it got worsen these two days 💔
