is this rash?

i am so sorry i keep on asking for help here 😭 was about to shower her when i noticed these red spots on her body. not sure what happened. could it be the formula milk? but it has been almost a month of using it. i just changed the bedsheets a few days ago too. is it because it is hot? she doesnt cry or looks like she is in pain. could it because i just changed her shampoo and her body is reacting to it? want to bring her to the doctor but i think they will only provide her with cream. any solutions? or remedies 😭
